COIN-TOSS: Steelers pick Tails, GB wins toss and defers to the 2nd half.


FIRST QUARTER:
Steelers First Possession: Couldn't get anything going, offensive line EXTREMELY shaky. Zombo and Raji both had good push. they need to pound the run next possession. 
Punt: Tramon Williams fumbles the punt, GB recovers
Packers First Possession:  Rodgers hits Driver on a 24 yard strike, On third down Jordy Nelson couldn't come up with a deep pass. Packers Punt. Touch back.
Steelers Rushing: Mendenhall is running right through the defense right now, GB needs to figure this out quick.
Roethlisberger: He has been cautious so far tonight, not taking huge chances. We will see how much that changes with a couple scores.
Jordy Nelson: Seems to be the match up that Rodgers is looking for, watch it hes been open the whole time.
Jordy Nelson:Big time catch from Jordy Nelson, 29 yard TD throw to the WR. As I said in my previous entry, hes been too fast for this defense the entire quarter. 7-0 Packers.
Nick Collins: Roethlisberger didn't have enough arm to get to to the wide out, Collins undercut it for the pick 6. 14-0 Packers.
Mendenhall: Steelers continue to run all over the Packers defense, they need to stick to the ground game.
Injuries: Flozell Adams, with a shoulder injury. Bryant Mcfadden, with a hip pointer. both are expected to return.
Roethlisberger: Ben slipped on the play before, seemed to injure himself but ran the next play for 8 yard 1st down. 

2nd Quarter
3rd Down Conversions: Steelers have converted their last two 3rd and longs, packers need to step up the pressure in that situation. 
Nick Collins: Has made big plays this whole half, he showed up tonight.
Steelers FG: Suisham knocks through a 33 yarder, 14-3 Packers
Bush: Jared Bush with a huge hit, jars the ball loose and picks it off for the packers seconds INT of the night.
Jennings TD: Rodgers throws a strike to Greg Jennings for 21 yards, 21-3 Packers.
Randle El: Randle El breaks free for a 37 yard strike, Steelers attempting to score before the half. GB ball after the half.  
Green Bay Injuries: Donald Driver hobbled to the locker room to undergo X-rays on his left ankle in the second quarter of the Super Bowl. Sam Shields just headed back to the Locker Room as well. Charles Woodson falls hard on his shoulder, stays in the game.
Woodson: He has just headed back to the locker room, more info when available.  
Ward: With Woodson out his guy (Ward) was able to get free in the endzone for the touchdown. 21-10 Packers 

HALFTIME SCORE: 21-10 GREEN BAY


3rd Quarter:
Woodson & Sanders: Out for the remainder of the game with a shoulder injury. Big loss for Green Bay. Emmanuel Sanders also out for the game for the Steelers. 
James Jones: Dropped a possible Touchdown play from Aaron Rodgers on 3rd Down. 
Mendenhall: Mendenhall gets hurt running into cameraman, Issac Redman comes in and runs for a huge 1st down to the 7 yard line. Mendenhall comes back in for an 8 yard TD, 21-17 Packers.
Packers Drops: Two crucial plays have been dropped by the Packers, they need to make these plays count.
James Harrison: Harrison wraps up Rodgers on 3rd down for the Steelers 1st sack of the night, the tide is changing in Dallas.
Zombo & Missed FG: Zombo makes the Steelers have to kick the FG with a big sack on 3rd Down, Suisham shanks it wide left. Still 21-17 Packers
Wallace Miss: Roethlisberger overthrows Wallace on 3rd down, Steelers turnover. 
Driver Injury: The Packers have updated Donald Driver's status in the third quarter of the Super Bowl, declaring him done for the night with a left ankle injury.

4th Quarter
Clay Matthews Forced Fumble: Matthews hits Mendenhall and forces the fumble, Packers recover.
Big Play Nelson: Nelson on a long catch at 8 catches 131 yards, My MVP.
Jennings TD: Greg Jennings with his 2nd TD of the night, Pack up 28-17.
Mike Wallace: Mike Wallace with a big play TD, Triple option on the 2 point conversion, 28-25 Packers 
Jennings in the Clutch: 31 yard catch to bring it in to Pitt territory with 5 minutes left, big play.
Crosby Tacks one on: Mason Crosby adds a field goal after the Packers couldn't score inside of the 10, Packers 31-25
Final Drive: Steelers could not complete a 4th down pass to extend the super bowl, Packers win 31-25
