Doth protest too much? Probably aware that TNT's Reggie Miller, Steve Kerr and Marv Albert had correctly surmised on air that Miami's players lacked trust in each other on the court, the Heat responded after the game by volunteering just how much they'd trusted each other all night long. Heat coach Erik Spoelstra played the trust card afterward, dropping the word several times. So did LeBron James. [Dwyane] Wade, too. Not buying it. All night, players did one-on-one drills and turned isolation into the only offense in the playbook. ... For three quarters, the Heat consisted of a series of one-man shows, with only the goggled-up Wade doing it well.
